I started down the investor path after returning to Florida — buying vacant lots, building long-term rentals, and flipping houses. That naturally led me into real estate full-time, where I could combine my own experience with helping others navigate the same choices. Success in both investing and real estate comes down to details, integrity, and solving problems as they show up — whether it’s managing contractors or helping families through the biggest financial move of their lives.

Ocala in Central Florida is my home base, but my reach goes broad. From north of Gainesville in Alachua County, down past Brooksville in Hernando County, and from Daytona on the Atlantic side to Crystal River on the Gulf, I know the landscape. Every pocket of this region — farmland, neighborhoods, city streets — offers its own opportunities, and I help clients find the one that fits.

What sets me apart is the mix of skills I bring. Knowledge of building trades, experience running businesses, and even a background in electronics and AI give me a broader toolkit than most Realtors.
